The number of therapy sessions cannot be predetermined, as it is a gradual and highly individualized process. The duration depends on factors such as the intensity of your concerns, how they impact your life, your goals for therapy, and the therapeutic approach that best suits your needs.
It’s important to remember that the number of sessions is not a reflection of your mental health, well-being, or the severity of your situation—it simply reflects the unique journey you’re on.
You can decide how frequently you want your sessions scheduled. You can decide based on how much help you feel you need, your availability or severity or urgency of your situation.
A typical therapy session lasts 60 minutes.
There are no requirements from you for the first session. It’s just you. That’s all we need. However, if you want you could note down some points as to what made you decide to start therapy.
Free first sessions or demo sessions are not provided. However, in order to understand your fit with the therapist, you can ask for a brief call of a few minutes to clarify any questions that you may have about therapy or the therapist.
